David is the best at choosing baby gifts. Recently we needed gifts for two new babies in our lives, and David, Julia and I went shopping for them one Sunday afternoon in the village of Southampton. I saw several things I liked, but none of them quite met David’s standards for thoughtfulness, practicality and style.
A few days later, he presented these nifty baby beach kits. He put together a block printed 100% cotton baby quilt from Roberta Roller Rabbit (of course, for frolicking on rather than sleeping under) with a color-coordinated, monogrammed tote from LL Bean, an IPlay SPF 50 baby sun hat and mineral-based sunscreen from Babyganics.
Maybe in a year or so we can add a pail, a shovel and a ball or two. I’ll ask David.
